Fix Noisy Oven Fan & Replace Oven Light

Showing you how to fix the oven light and fix a noisy oven fan.
Showing this easy fix on an Ariston Hotopint oven but most ovens are built the same and this solution can be applied to many oven makes and models.

The fan makes a loud noise sounds like metal touching metal and it sounds like the motor in the oven has failed and needs to be replaced but there is a chance that you don’t need to replace the motor but just check the motor’s fan and see if the fan became loose.
If this is the case, all you have to do is tighten the nut that holds the fan on the motor.

Also changing the oven light bulb.
Before changing make sure that the light bulb is the problem and not something else.
If the light bulb has it’s filament broken, you know that bulb needs to be replaced.

The light bulb is a Philips
25W, 300 degrees Celsius, 230v 240v
if the light bulb cover is missing, you should replace the light bulb cover so that the light bulb does not burn again.
The light bulb cover prevents grease splashes from touching the light bulb and damaging it.
You can use it without a cover for a while, temporarily.
Our light bulb cover just broke one day.

Replaced it with a 15W bulb because I couldn’t find a 25W bulb.
It works perfectly now.

This fix is easy to DIY at home do but you need to have steady hands to repair your iPhone.
If in doubt, do not do this yourself and take it to your nearest repair shop to do it for you.

This DIY howto video shows you how to change or replace the battery in your Apple iPhone 5S smartphone. This works for iPhone 5C too.
Showing a macro / close-up view of the important moments when changing the iPhone battery.

I have changed the battery before on my iPhone, that’s why it’s more easy to change it now. Reusing the original battery glue strips means that it’s easier to remove the battery when you change it again later.

The old battery was starting to get weaker at about 70% of it’s original capacity and I’ve decided not to wait until the battery lasts 2 hours again like before.

Also wanted to show you a better view of the important moments with macro video. 🙂

If this is the first time the battery is changes on you iPhone or new glue strips were installed before, you can pull the tab with the glue string (shown in video) to remove them or use the alternative method and not that it will be more difficult than it’s shown here.
The original glue strips can be softened if you heat the back of the phone with a hair dryer or heat-gun.

You can do this easy fix or repair yourself.
It’s the second time I do this, if I could do it, you can do it too!
